Project Description

  • 100 gr. of onion.
  • 100 gr. of leek (cut into pieces)
  • 30 gr. of Muxella extra virgin olive oil (EVOO), koroneiki variety.
  • 600 gr. of pumpkin (peeled and cut into pieces).
  • 100 gr. of peeled potatoe (cut into pieces).
  • 280 gr. of water.
  • 1/2 spoonful of salt.


  1. Put the onion, the leek and the EVOO into the vase and fry lightly, 7 minutes / 100º / speed 2.
  2. Add the pumpkin, potatoe, water and salt.  Programme 30 minutes / 100º / speed 1.
  3. Wait for 5 minutes to cool down and grind 1 minute / speed 5, followed by a second grinding 3 minutes / speed 8.

Tips:
Fry a Serrano ham slice until it gets crispy, and then break into small pieces and sprinkle upon the cream.
