Koroneiki

Main olive oil variety in Greece, it is a medium-high fruity olive oil. Very rich in secondary aromas, which reminds us of the recently picked olives, leaving behind a very pleasant aroma of fresh cut grass. A light touch of spicy sensation invades the taste, although a sweet note persists, providing sensory equilibrium.

It is perfect to for a raw tasting in any salad, meat or fish dish.

Coupage

Is an olive oil produced with different proportions of the Koroneiki, Arbequina and Picual varieties. It is made with care and softness, choosing the shades of each variety, accomplishing a very balanced olive oil. The result is an olive oil with a fresh fruit aroma and a spicy taste which does not leave anyone indifferent.

The best way to taste it is raw.
