- Put the onion, the leek and the EVOO into the vase and fry lightly, 7 minutes / 100º / speed 2.
- Add the pumpkin, potatoe, water and salt. Programme 30 minutes / 100º / speed 1.
- Wait for 5 minutes to cool down and grind 1 minute / speed 5, followed by a second grinding 3 minutes / speed 8.
Tips:
Fry a Serrano ham slice until it gets crispy, and then break into small pieces and sprinkle upon the cream.
