Picual
Has a great personality, presenting very defined sensorial nuances, which make it easily recognisable. It is a fruity olive oil, with certain fresh wood and tomatoe flavour, with almond, banana and apple shades amongst other tastes.
Given its rich fatty acids composition, and the great quantity of natural antioxidants, it results into the most stable olive oil amongst the virgin extra olive oils, as it presents a greater life period and an excellent behaviour when facing thermic uses in the kitchen.

Arbequina
Is known for its softness; its olive oil reminds us of fresh artichoke regarding smell, and tomatoe and vegetable regarding taste. It is a fruity olive oil with a certain exotic aroma.
It is a fresh and young olive oil, whose composition is more delicate compared to other varieties regarding oxidation, and must therefore be kept in the dark.
